Thank you so much for the response. It is a stand template..I have even changed the template thinking it might help. I am totally ignorant when it comes to these things. When I was entering the information into the profile I thought I just skipped that one. I'm sorry I don't know about blank. Do I just go in and type Blank? Thanks, Charlotte
