I can not access Auctiva and have no way to contact anyone!

I can not access Auctiva. I run a diagnostic on my computer and it is fine but I can not load the home page. Is there any way - other than the home page - to contact auctiva and have someone help me with my problem? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
