We are not aware of any issues on our end that would prevent you from reaching the main page of the site. If you can reach the site page, you can file a support case from under the Help tab of the main page of the site. However, that page is at: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx so, if you can't get to the site main page, you can try this address to see if you can get the support case page to load for you.
