I can't combine purchases today - why?

Is anyone else having problems combining sales, or it is just me? I haven't been able to do it at all today, and I've tried going through a few different ways. It's ticking me off.

I didn't know if it had something to do with Auctiva's checkout... I think these are the first combined sales I have done with Auctiva listings.
