Reply to "I can't combine purchases today - why?"

Well, now I'm really confused. I just had someone buy 6 things, and it will let me combine 4, but not the other two.

And the two that I can't combine were both listed with Auctiva, the combinable four were listed with TurboLister.

So is there a setting in here that I need to adjust or something? This is a hassle!
