Hi,

If you're using IE, you should get a yellow banner at the top of the page as prompt to install the updated ActiveX add-on version of the uploader. Click on the banner and it will walk you through the install.

If you are having problems with ActiveX install, PC Pitstop has a test page to help diagnose install problems.
