Reply to "I can't use the AUCTIVA photo uploader any more"

I am using Mac 10.3.9, Firefox 2.0.0.15, and the latest Java update for 10.3.9, images still not uploading. This is very distressing, I have no other choice but to leave Auctiva, if no resolution is made. Does anyone there have any ideas?
