Reply to "I changed empty window text 2 days ago but still says NO ITEMS FOR SALE!"

I just filed a support case regarding this exact issue. I changed the text in the store window also and asked why my text was not showing up. The response I rec'd was that when the site is down for maintenance, they can't pull up our individual messages. I then told them they need to change the text from "no items for sale" as you are right, it is misleading. I have a store and always have at least 900 items for sale. The response I got was he "will forward my suggestion" and [my] input is appreciated"
