I'D LAUGH IF IT WASN'T SO SAD....

Reading all of the help messages the last few weeks has reaffirmed one thing--I am not alone. Seems like everyone is upset and frustrated with a lack of support by Auctiva. But what makes it all seem worse is that it seems that no one is listening to us. I DON'T KNOW ONE PERSON WHO WANTS AUCTIVA SOFTWARE TO FAIL. WHY WOULD ANYONE WHO MAKES A LIVING OR 2ND INCOME OFF OF EBAY WANT THEIR POSTING/TRACKING SOFTWARE NOT TO WORK. WE ALL WANT IT TO WORK. Yes, we gripe but we gripe so that the software bugs can be addressed and fixed. I would think that any company would welcome such feedback by their customers. Unfortunately, not Auctiva. I am tired of the delays, the glitches, the downtime, the false promises, the new bells and whistles that do nothing to improve my use of the product and in fact slow me down. I have found in life that usually mismanagement starts at the top and then trickles down. Therefore, I won't even blame the support staff. For all I know they are doing the best that they can but are probably being held back by someone above them who has no idea or could care less about anything except stock options. Well, it's New Year's Eve. My wish for the new year is that Auctiva finally gets its act together, starts listening to its users and modifies the software according to what we actually want and need. Then we can all post pleasant complimentary stuff here and get on with making money by posting auctions. But then again, I don't believe in Santa Claus anymore either....
