I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. I am not aware of any current technical issues that would interfere with the delivery of your account activation emails, so the first thing I recommend doing is checking your Spam folder in case it was automatically diverted there.

If you do not find these emails in your Spam folder, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will be happy to continue working with you on this.
