I do I select my CUSTOM TEMPLATE?

I am sorry if this is a repeat question, but I didn't find an actual answer that satisfied me.
I have created and saved a custom template.
When I am creating a new listing and can't figure out where to select my template.
I am only seeing the box to select standard templates.
Am I missing something? Please help!
