When I signed up for Auctiva, my main reason for doing so was to use the free templates and pictures facility. I already have an Ebay store so do not need or want an Auctiva store that my Ebay visitors get whisked off to. It's very confusing for them !
I could just diable the scrolling gallery but I rather like having that. I did a search here last night and found out a way to get rid of the text link that appears beneath the scrolling gallery...this link was taking people to see all my other items in the auctiva store.
I checked today and yes, the link is now absent BUT there are two others beneath the scrolling gallery that have not gone:
1. The search box where they type in keywords then get taken to the auctiva store to browse items that contain those keywords
2. a Drop down menu to search other categories, again taking them to my Auctiva store.
Is there any way to get rid of these without me needing to manually alter the html as I have no experience with html and don't want to mess up. I've been into the option page to edit scrolling gallery text and placements but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do from there. I already deleted the text that was in the field, "bottom text" but this only got rid of the text link to the Auctiva Store and not the other 2 links mentioned above.
Does anyone know a way to get rid of the remaining 2 links or even to totally get rid of my Auctiva store and just make use of the free templates, picture hosting and scrolling gallery?
