Hi- not sure what problem could be. However, if you are doing item specifics (and this may not be it). Make sure you have only one of the item specifics with information on it. I would so the 2nd one, as ebay is discontinuing the first item specific.

IF I were you I would file a support request for specifics on your problem. Before you write them, make sure you have cleared cookies and cache, and tell them you have done that when you write.. it may save you a step back and forth.
