I have tried everything but still can not get a picture uploaded

I have tried everything you guys have suggested and still can not upload a picture in less the 5 minutes if at all. The upload starts and the green indicator goes all the way over on the window. The green indicator on the listing page goes half way over and stops. Before your change I could upload rather quickly. I tried the java uploader and it worked but still very slow for one picture. It is not very practical either.

I did get a few pictures uploaded but it is very very slow. Page changes are also a bit slow.
