Good morning,
There's no need to "sign up" for the free templates. They are already in the system when you're designing your auction.

Ok...if you're fully registered with Auctiva to upload auctions...

Listings>New>

Begin typing in the specs of your auction and choosing categories.

After the pricing of your item, the next section states Templates>Select Template.

Voila! Your in the templates.

If I might make a suggestion, it's wise to sign up for the online classes. Plus you can always fill out a help ticket for customer service. The link is on the top of this page and if you click on the world HELP it will take you to the page you need.
