Hi,

Normally, the code is automatically added to new listings submitted from Auctiva. That also happens for new members (one-time) shortly after passing the token with eBay. The Store and Store Window operate with your member account and are updated with the API using the token for authentication.

If you're using Blackthorn to submit listings, you would need to manually copy and paste the code.

Not sure why you might be getting a scripting error on load. Are you sure your token is good? Do you have an active listing with that problem that you could post the listing number or link?
