Hi,

It looks like the saved code at practicewriter is for some odd reason being translated.

Example: Javacript logical "and" coded && is changed to a visual && in the copy box.

I've never seen practicewriter do this before, so it's apparently a bug at practicewriter.

My best suggestion is to take a clean copy of the code and follow those simple code deletion steps in Solution #1. That does work.

Edit: Here's a work-around. If you display the page at practicewriter. Do a view source of the code from the browser toolbar. That will produce a page with the raw code. The raw code doesn't have the odd translations and should copy - paste correct. Just copy the code between the  demarcs.
