Not sure why that happened, but so you don't lose money, just go to ebay and revise there. Pain in the behind, but no pain in the wallet.

Sorry I don't know why that happened, but there are a lot of those tech guys on here that should be able to help you. (I'm lucky to turn the computer on all by myself)
