The error message you mentioned indicates that eBay rejected your posting attempt(s) and returned an error that was not recognized by our system. If you contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page, http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx , we'll be able to look up the exact error message that eBay returned.
