Reply to "I'm New Here and Can't Get My Store Window to Work--Help?"

Hi Legalsec2000.
I hope this maybe helps I had the same problem when I joined a while back.
Go to the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of web browser screen. Its right next to Store tab. Once you click on the MY ACCOUNT tab it will bring you to your account page. Look under account preferences and see if you have the box checked next enable auctiva store. If you don't check it and wait a few minutes. Then go and see if they the store shows up in your adds.
