Hi welcome.

Rather than answer your questions a few pointers are in order to help clear up any misunderstandings

1) Your Auctiva 'storefront' is a view of all items you have on eBay whether you have an eBay store or not.

2) Your user ID on eBay is unchanged

3) Templates for your Auctiva storefront do not apply to your eBay store.

4) Listing templates and scrolling gallery are applied to your listings that are created on Auctiva when they are sent to eBay

5) regards the URL problem could be you tried too soon, if it persists file a support request with Auctiva.
