I'm not going away till my problem is fixed

I have Netscape on a Dell XPS. For some reason when I preview a basic template the background color does not show up. Not only that but the graphics on the template are only partially visible. It is like parts of them are cut off by the white background. I sent a message about this to support and was told to do a bunch of stuff that did not wordk. Then I was told to try the FireFox browser...that made the problem worse.

So am I supposed to give up and go away? Is this problem unsolvable?

Can SOMEBODY figure out how to help me?
