your template should have came tagged for auctiva. I always ask my customers / clients if they will be using a listing service like auctiva, inkfrog you name it, then tag it accordingly.

for your description you need to have the auctiva tag that looks like this [DESCRIPTION] and so on for all of the fields that you would like to populate.

As for your pictures you need to edit your preferences about your pictures.
