Reply to "I take it Auctiva Employees DON'T WORK ON WEEKENDS??"

I'm having the same issue. No response to my support request. and no one available on Live Chat. I have 2 auctions that I listed an hour ago and wanted posted to Ebay an hour ago. I got the posting confirmation page, but they never posted. And on the Auctiva site they continue to be listed as "ready" in status.
