Reply to "iexplore.exe error message"

Awhile back I was having a similar problem (I have IE6 DSL)...I can't remember what the error was now, it wasn't the same one you're getting. But IE was constantly popping up with that 'we need to close ' mmessage. I tried everything too, didn't know what to think.
Then about 3 weeks later my phone stopped working...after the tech worked on something in the junction box outside, my computer was FINE, it hasn't acted up since.
Sorry for the long story but it's all I got

Could be the phone line.....????

(If TazFromPa or ChooChooGuy are around, one of them may have an idea)
