Yes you should relist through Auctiva when using consignment so all the links are maintained in Auctiva.

As to the relist credit, relisting through Auctiva will not prevent you from receiving an insertion fee credit, *but* you still must comply with eBay's rules on that...found here http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/relist.html
