Reply to "IMAGE ERROR MESSAGE WHEN LISTING"

We heard back from support last night & they said the same thing. Only thing is that all of our images are uploaded directly from our computer to Auctiva using the Auctiva uploader. We also use the same profiles on all listings & this morn ing 1 will upload & the next wont without doctoring the html. They told us to go in & delete the html up to the description.
