image limit when uploading and not loading right side up

couple things are happening today..will only allow me to upload a certain number of images at a time..and it appears that they are not uploading right side up..not sure about the second part since it is uploading now but it appears that way..have not experienced either of these issues before and ive uploaded tons of images..any ideas?
