Reply to "Image not showing in Auctiva template on Ebay"

It doesn't appear correct in the image list (just a white box), but when I click on the white box to view only that image it does appear correctly.

I tried to replace the image with a static jpg and this is how it now looks in my image library. The url still shows a gif:

But when clicking on it, it still shows the animated gif in the first link and not the static jpg.

Maybe there is a bad time lag for replacing? Either image would be fine, I just want something to show.
