OK...both Rebecca and I have tried to figure out where you are when you are right-clicking, but not much luck. I use Firefox and when I preview a listing on the Auctiva site(is that what you mean by preview?) I see a bunch of options but 'properties' is not one of them.

I can tell you the text you are seeing is Latin, and its sample text that is commonly used on the Web as placeholder text for something you can type in. I'm just now sure where you are on our site that you would be seeing this.
