I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced recently.

If you edited the image in question after posting the item to eBay, I would expect the copy of the image within your description (and on the supersized image page) to update accordingly but an additional revision would be required to update the image if it was also used as an eBay Gallery image.

If this image was indeed used as an eBay Gallery image, you would need to update that instance of the image by going to the eBay Revise your Item form and replacing the image within the “Add Photos” section there.

I am not aware of any technical difficulties which would explain why one of your images may have been rotated automatically during the upload process but, if you continue to encounter behavior of that nature, please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab on our site and we will look into that further.
