I also just started having this problem... Figures just when EBay is making listings free. I am continuing to write up the listings though while waiting for the upload function to resume.
Briefly, I am unable to upload with either HTML or Java with Firefox. When I switch to IE, I am unable to upload at all because I am redirected to Auctiva Classic, which although offers many upgrades, does not have my account information or the option to upload photos. I have filed for help with Auctiva.
