Here is the reply I received from support today:

I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. We have received similar kind of issue from other customers as well. This appears to be related to an issue with one of our image server. Our Engineering Department is currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Also, if you have any additional questions or concerns pertaining to your Auctiva account, please feel free to let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting you.
