We are not aware of any difficulties with images included in listings reaching eBay appropriately so it is unclear what may be occurring for you. Based on your comment, it sounds like we'll want to have a look in your account and at some of the listings involved. Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know what you've run into and please include a few example listings of where this has occurred and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
