Hi, perhaps you can tell us what operating system, browser and version you are using and whether PC or Mac, as usually this feature is very reliable.

I presume you are using broadband or similar, i.e. not dial-up.

Also what you actually do.

Not sure what you mean "Also, it will not update my feedback in sales transactions"

With enough info someone stopping by should be able to assist.
