Imported items, but did not get pictures

I am new at Auctiva. Been using Turbo Lister. Was told to try this service, but I am running out of time to spend on this.

I dont have time to re-write all of my listings, but...

I Figured out how to view some of my closed listings, and imported them. But, I only got the pictures imported that I put in my listing discription, none of the pictures hosted on ebay are in mt Auctiva picture folder.

Do I have to go back, and download all my pictures off my hard drive onto Auctiva?

If this is the case, my time here is over. I sell a lot on ebay, and am not willing to start over.

Also, Auctiva will not work with Fire Fox, really ticks me off.
