Imported items not showing

Hi,
I'm new to Auctiva and still have to wrap my head around what can and can't be done.
I have over 200 listings on eBay, but only 11 have 'uploaded' to Auctiva and are shown in both the Store Window and in my active listings page. Is this normal, or has there been a glitch of some sort? Should all of my listings show? Also, will the Store Window (in auction items) feature auctions only and if not is there a way of editing it to allow for this?
