Finally! It takes a lot of reading on both ebay and auctiva but I finally got it! the categories are there but won't show up until you put something in them, this is what I was told.
Problem was they had never been updated within ebay. Once that was corrected woohoo we are off and running. So just select your category and once it has something in it, it will show up. Contact ebay live if you are still having problems, which is exactly what I did. and thanks for the responses, the forums are much more informative, you guys speak my language
