Hi again, Don't give up yet, I spout and then read! I think I have it backwards. Do not give up. My sales have increased by 50% since joining Auctiva. I'm not sure where we are now visible, but we are, ask Auctiva that directly. the other thing is to make sure the link is available, I sent it to all my friends and relatives and they in turn send it to theirs.
The store itself is confusing to me and I will need to ask, I purchased a domain name, when I tried to use it I got a message saying it was already owned! well of course it is I paid for it.

Read all the forums on stores it took me a while to realize that Auctiva doesn't set up a separate store, it is really still an ebay store just handled differently.I went in and changed my store name on ebay and sent out the link to everyone. Folks are still shopping so I guess its ok, and if that isn't confusing enough....sorry
