Hi, I am new and I have several issues to address.
1)I was able to import and use ads as profiles when I signed up, but apparently there is no feature to import additional ads I list with EBAY to the profiles.
2)No return policy setting? There should be one or did I miss this field on your lister? I revised my listing with EBay to set my return policy, for there is no way I'm going to leave such an important detail as unspecified(and "look for it" in the description). I don't want to keep revising my listings either. Except for the number of days to return and money back, I don't specify additional details since my actions will always be on a case by case basis.
3)Missing insurance option, "included in shipping and handling). This option is needed for inexpensive items that are not worth paying others to insure(shipping costs are bad enough), but I would refund anyway if damaged. I am sure that you want the money, :-) but it won't be forth coming. Not that I wouldn't pay for insuring my more valuable shipments... the bottom-line, I need these options.
Please address these issues, and improve my future with auctiva. Given its present success, perhaps EBAY will offer a buy out?
Also, I haven't decided who is the best insurer. For I am not sure who(the post office or your service?) is in the best position, such as package inspection and promptness, to settle claims. I have not yet seen a convincing sales pitch, thus I am only likely to buy your service for international orders.
One more note, please suggest to EBAY that it needs to stop the practice of emailing invoices, for the email system corruption is too rampant. My bidders are being spoofed by fake invoices. This is unacceptable and damaging caused by the present lax policy. The best policy would be for Ebay's invoices to only be distributed within the relative safety of EBAY's my messages system. Once this much stricter policy is in place, all listings should make the policy plain as day.
