I keep having the same issue and I have tried over 10x. I also contacted Ebay live help but they said Auctiva is a third party and they do not work with them. I emailed Auctiva as well and no one has gotten back to me. I also cleaned cookies/cache/rebooted my computer as well as used diff pics and descriptions....so annoying. I am trying to sell "Playboy Sneakers" not knock offs or anything I even have the box for them.....
