Reply to "Information on Problems with Saved Listings"

The advice to:

"please log out of your Auctiva account and then log back in and, when you click the "Saved" link under the "Listings" tab, you will be able to see your saved listings again. Once this problem is resolved, you will be able to sort by folder once again."

does not work today. An I keep cleaning cookies & cache to no avail.
