Install flash media

My scroll window is saying to install flash media. I just started using firefox, but the listings were made prior to firefox installation. I am not computer savy at all so any help will have to be in the form of 1,2,3.
This is only happening on a select few of my auctions. The other auctions scroll window has every other picture showing.
