Instructions on Folder

Is their a tutorial on using and making a folder
for the pic's that can be used on Auctiva.
I tried to do my first listing today and schedule it, but I had a problem uploading pic's,I got that worked out ok by using HTML uploader but I couldn't list it I was told I needed a token.
Any and all help is welcome
Thanks for the help.
