After today, "included" for insurance should disappear as a concept for selection at eBay or for Revise Listing (today being the cut-off for the new policy).

In essence, eBay no longer sees insurance as other than a Seller expense, which you can add as part of a S&H cost (like the cost of the box for shipping). But, the concept of "included" on their lister and Auctiva's should disappear, as it's no longer a pass-along cost.
