Reply to "insurance claim help needed"

I responded to this yesterday but it's not showing up on the message board. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to come here to reply or can I reply to the email? I think maybe I replied to the email.

These were 8 single dinner plates that he got for a total of $6.50, not a set. He wants to keep the 7 and get all of this money back, including shipping and insurance.

I don't get it. He has good feedback but is going after me like a tiger with a thorn in his ... He even called Auctiva. Someone from U-PIC is going to handle this for me. Too bad I had already given him good feedback when I sent the item. Now I can just BLOCK him from ever bidding again.
