Reply to "insurance claim help needed"

Right again. I'll make every word count on the reply. The odd thing now is that his mails are not being delivered. But he still emails me with more nasty email. "I don't seem to have trouble with anyone but you. Did you really buy insurance? Interstate Insurance Fraud is a Federal offense, especially when combined with the Postal System. What are you thinking?"

Any computer geniuses who know what this means????
