Auctiva's U-PIC insurance claim handler has gotten involved and is handling this for me. I'm so greatful. I want as little communication with "this person" as possible.

Since 1997, this is the first time I've ever had anything damaged and had to use the insurance provider. Boy, what an introduction. I've learned a great deal.
