Reply to "Insurance Fees"

My Apologies to Auctiva And to all who responded. It was my mistake, I still do not see what happens on the buyers end. My solution is to keep insurance optional, then at least the customer understand he/she will have to pay for it. This happened a while ago but To clarify what I think happened was I set Insurance to required. Then the listing stated insurance was included. If I was a buyer I would think included means free, not added to S&H. Leaving the setting for optional seems to have solved this problem, except now very few opt for it, even on glass items. Again I appreciate the answers, I know I get hot under the collar at times but I really do not want to mislead customers. I also apologize for not responding until now. I did not know how to find the thread,(new word I learned today), don't forget I am a newbie. If Auctiva sees my discussion I may become a has-been. Thank You Very Much!! Mike
