Thanks, Timothy, for your reply. I've already done all of the above. She hasn't responded yet (and she has excellent feedback so I don't think she's trying a scam).

I just wanted to find out for my own knowledge if an insurance claim would be honored even though the DC showed it was delivered, so thank you for confirming that it would be.
